Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA
Purification
CARD11 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
CARD11 antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of CARD11.

Reactivity: Human
WB, ELISA
Host: Mouse
Polyclonal
unconjugated
Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 150+65 kDa bands observed in Jurkat lysate (calculated MW of 133 kDa according to NP_115791.2). A similar pattern was observed in HEK293 transiently expressing CARD11 (pciture not shown). These bands are not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 60 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human spleen shows nuclear staining. Recommended concentration, 2-5 μg/mL.
