Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 30 kDa and 40 kDa bands in human pancreas lysates at 1 μg/mL.3 and 196 kDa according to NP_003598.2. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human cerebellum shows cytoplasm staining in Purkinje cells. Recommended concentration, 3-6 μg/mL.
