Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing DGAT2 bands of approximately 60 kDa and 45 kDa are observed. These bands are not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Similar results are observed in human liver lysates. The calculated molecular size is 43.8 kDa according to NP_115953.2. Recommended concentration, 0.3-1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human liver shows granular cytoplasm staining of hepatocytes. Recommended concentration, 3 μg/mL.
