Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa and 22 kDa in mouse eye lysates after 0.05 μg/mL antibody staining. Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands).
