Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 110 kDa band observed in human ovary and mouse eye lysates (calculated MW of 88.1 kDa according to NP_002204.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Customer feedback: observed 110 kDa in mouse eye was confirmed and not present in knock-out mouse.
