Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 90-100 kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines Daudi, HEK293, and Jurkat (calculated MW of 97.2 kDa according to NP_002256.2). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL.
