- Application Notes
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: experiments gave bands at approximately 45 kDa and 38 kDa in human muscle lysate after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. These bands correspond to the reported isoforms with calculated MWs of 43.1 kDa according to NP_115935, and 38.6 kDa according to NP_912730. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
