Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa band observed in HeLa lysate (calculated MW of 72.0 kDa according to NP_690869.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. an additional band was also consistently observed at 37 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide and likely represents the mature form.
