Purification: Npy2r antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Immunogen: Npy2r antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of Npy2r.

Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 40+45 kDa bands observed in mouse brain and rat brain lysates (calculated MW of 42.6 kDa according to NP032757.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: A customer successfully used this antibody for IP of human Y2R.
