Immunogen: ORP9 antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of ORP9.

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 150 kDa and 19 kDa in lysates of human brain, and testis and 55 kDa in lysates of human placenta and Testes after 0.5 μg/mL antibody staining.5 kDa for NP_683702.1 and NP_683703.1, b: 63.9 kDa for NP_683704.1, c: 70.2 kDa for NP_683705.1, d: 81.8 kDa for NP_683706.1, e: 83.2 kDa for NP_078862.2, f: 84.3 kDa for NP_683707.1). All detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands). Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human lung shows staining of alveolar macrophages.. Recommended concentration, 2-4 μg/mL.
