- Application Notes
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000. Western Blot: Approximately 26 kDa band observed in human kidney, liver and testis lysates (calculated MW of 21.7 kDa according to NP_006658.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing human PGRMC1 a band of approximately 26 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The endogenous 20 kDa protein is observed in both. Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL.
