- Application Notes
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western Blot: Approximately 33 kDa band observed in human heart lysate (calculated MW of 32.1 kDa according to NP_003653.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing PIR a band of approximately 35 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.3 - 1.0 μg/mL.
