RASAL antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
RASAL antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of RASAL.

FITC
Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 90 kDa band observed in human thyroid gland lysates (calculated MW of 90.0 kDa according to NP_004649.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 21 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
