Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 20-25 kDa band in human testis lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. Approximately 55 kDa band observed in mouse testis lysates (calculated MW of 57.3 kDa according to mouse NP_536771.2). Recommended concentration: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human testis shows speckled staining in nuclei of spermatocytes and spermitids. Recommended concentration, 2.5-3.8 μg/mL.
