Additional Information

Alternative name Fibronectin (FN)
Immunogen purified, full length native protein P02751
Format Liquid
Description Fibronectin is a glycoprotein present in a soluble dimeric form in plasma, and in adimeric or multimeric form at the cell surface and in extracellular matrix.Fibronectin is involved in cell adhesion and migration processes includingembryogenesis, wound healing, blood coagulation, host defense, and metastasis. It occurs as dimer of two 200 kDa subunits. Fibronectin has binding domains forbacterial proteins, collagens, heparin-like molecules and fibrin. Cellular fibronectinis widely distributed in the stroma of malignant tumours.
Specificity Predicted reactivity: bovine, mouse.
