Immunogen Human CITED 2 protein [UniProt# Q99967]
Clone JA22
Isotype IgG1 kappa
Purification Unpurified
Alternative Name Cited-2 (CITED2 Antibody Abstract)
Background Gene Symbol: CITED2
Molecular Weight Theoretical MW: 29 kDa
Gene ID 10370
UniProt Q99967
Application Notes Western Blot 1:500, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence 1:100-1:500, Immunohistochemistry-ParaffinThis CITED2 (JA22) antibody is useful in Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Western blot, where a band is seen at 29 kDa. Additional bands may be seen at 36 kDa representing p35srj, Use in Immunohistochemistry-paraffin reported in scientific literature (PMID: 19319572) the alternatively spliced version of CITED2, and at 70 kDa (unknown). Does not work well on mouse tissue. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
