Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 12kDaband observed in Human Brain lysates (calculated MW of 12.1kDa according toNP_002845.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 ug/ml. Approx 10-12kDaband observed in rat skeletal muscle and in rat heart cells transfected with humanPVALB, but not in untransfected rat heart cells.
