Application Notes Western Blot 0.3 - 1 μg/mL, Peptide ELISA Detection limit 1:32000WB: Experiments gave bands at approx. 30 kDa band and 35 kDa band in human prostate and ovary lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings are reported in scientific literature with different antibodies (PMID: 9822672). This protein has a calculated MW of 53.4 kDa band according to NP_003784.2.
