Application Notes Western Blot 1:100 - 1:2000, Immunohistochemistry 1:10 - 1:500, Peptide ELISA Detection limit 1:32000WB: Preliminary experiments gave an approx. 75 kDa band in human heart and skeletal muscle lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 40.2 kDa band according to NP_115977.2. The 75 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
