Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments in lysates of cell lines HEK293, A431 and HepG2 gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1ug/ml). Expected to recognise both reported isoforms (NP_065162.1 and NP_851994.1). We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence was reported in scientific literature.
