Protocol Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) protocol specific for FANCJ Antibody 1) Grow cells in Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) supplemented with 10 % fetal bovine serum to 95 % confluence. 2) Cross-linked cells with 1 % formaldehyde at room temperature for 10 minutes. 3) Rinse with ice-cold PBS twice and collect into 100 mM Tris-HCl (pH 9.
4) and 10 mM DTT.
) Incubate for 15 minutes at 30C and centrifuge for 5 minutes at 2,000 rpm.
) Wash cells sequentially with: a. 1.0 mL ice-cold PBSb.
