EIA is reported to work in Sandwich ELISA both as a capturer and as a reporter in combination with NB100-59737. It does not work in PFA-fixed frozen embryos and ESC from mouse. WB: Approx. 38 kDa band observed in human ovary lysates (calculated MW of 34.6 kDa band according to NP_079141.1). IHC successful usage on human oocytes is reported in scientific literature (PMID: 22547223). The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
