Additional Information

Alternative name Striatin-3 / SG2NA
Immunogen Synthetic peptide made to an internal portion of the human protein (within residues200-300). [Swiss-Prot# Q13033].
Cross-Reactivity Human, Mouse (Murine), Rat (Rattus)
Format Ascites
Isotype IgG1
Clone S68
Description SG2NA was identified as a human cancer autoantigen and has now been implicated invesicular trafficking and signal transduction. It is highly related to striatin and zinedin. Itis a scaffolding protein that binds PP2A A and C subunits as well as the human homologof the yeast protein, Mob1, which has been implicated in control of mitotic progression inyeast. It also binds calmodulin and appears to modulate PP2A activity. Alternate Names: anti-Striatin-3 antibody, anti- Cell-cycle autoantigen SG2NA antibody, anti-S/G2 antigenantibody, anti-STRN3 antibody, anti-GS2NA antibody.
Specificity This antibody does not cross-react with Striatin. Species Reactivity: Human, mouse and rat. Localization: Cytoplasm and membrane.
