Immunogen Recombinant human NAC1 protein.
Clone 3
Specificity Species Reactivity: This antibody reacts with human. Localization: Nuclear.
Cross-Reactivity Human
Purification Purified
Alternative Name NACC1 / BTBD14B
Background The BTB/POZ gene family shares a conserved BTB/POZ protein-protein interactionmotif at the N terminus that mediates homodimer or heterodimer formation. NAC1, amember of this family, has been found to be overexpressed in ovarian cancer. Thisprotein appears to play a critical role in tumorigenesis and in the growth and survival oftumor cells. Alternate Names: anti-BTB/POZ domain-containing protein 14B antibody, anti-Nucleus accumbens-1antibody, anti-BTBD14B antibody, anti-NAC1 antibody, anti-NAC-1 antibody, anti-NAC 1antibody. Related Diseases: Ovarian Cancer
Gene ID 112939
UniProt Q96RE7
Application Notes Suggested working dilutions: immunofluorescence 1:100-1:500, dilution,Western Blot 0.3 ug/ml,Immunocytochemistry 1:100,Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin 1:100
