Alternative Name MAIR-II (AF251705 Antibody Abstract)
Background MAIR-II, myeloid-associated immunoglobulin-like receptor II, is the member 7 of Ig superfamily (IgSF7), also known as LMIR-II, CMRF-35 like molecule 4 (CLM-4), DIgR1, and CD300d. This transmembrane protein is expressed on monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, mast cells, dendritic cells and some B cells. It is an activating immune receptor associated ITAM-bearing adapter DAP12 and FcRγ chain on macrophages. MAIR-II regulates myeloid cell activation and promotes secretion of cytokines and chemokines
Application Notes Optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09 % sodium azide and 0.2 % (w/v) BSA .
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use This product contains Sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice Protect from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
