Alternative Name CD25 / IL2RA (IL2RA Antibody Abstract)
Background CD252 (also known as OX40 ligand or CD134L) is a ligand for receptor TNFRSF4 /OX4. It is found to be involved in T cell antigen-presenting cell (APC) interactions. Insurface Ig- and CD40-stimulated B cells, this cytokine along with CD70 has been shownto provide CD28-independent costimulatory signals to T cells. CD252 and its receptorare reported to directly mediate adhesion of activated T cells to vascular endothelialcells. Alternate Names: anti-CD 134L antibody, anti-CD134 ligand antibody, anti-CD134L antibody, anti-CD252antibody, anti-CD252 antigen antibody, anti-glycoprotein 34 kd antibody,anti-glycoprotein Gp34 antibody, anti-GP34 antibodyanti-OX-40L antibody, anti-OX40 antigen ligand antibody, anti-OX40 ligand antibody,anti-OX40L antibody, anti-TAX transcriptionally-activated glycoprotein 1 antibody,anti-TNFSF4 antibody, anti-tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 4 antibody,anti-TXGP1 antibody.
Gene Symbol: IL2RA
Gene ID 3559
Research Area CD Antigens, Surface Receptors of Immune Cells, Cytokines, Receptors, Inflammation
Pathways JAK-STAT Signaling
Application Notes Flow Cytometry Use at an assay dependant concentration. Not tested in other applications. Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Recommended dilutions: Flow Cytometry 1:10-1:1000
Restrictions For Research Use only
Concentration 1 mg/mL
Buffer PBS [pH 7.4], Sodium Azide
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Avoid freeze-thaw cycles
Storage 4 °C
Storage Comment 4 °C short term. Aliquot and store at -20 °C long term.
