Purification Whole antisera
Alternative Name PSMD9
Background Alternate Names: Anti-CDKN 1B antibody, Anti-CDKN 4 antibody, Anti-CDKN1B antibody, Anti-CDKN4antibody, Anti-Cyclin Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 1B antibody, Anti-Cyclin dependentkinase inhibitor p27 antibody, Anti-KIP 1 antibody, Anti-KIP1 antibody, Anti-MEN1Bantibody, Anti-p27 Kip1 antibody, Anti-P27KIP1 antibody.
Gene Symbol: CDKN1B
Gene ID 1027, 67151, 161475
Application Notes This antibody is suitable for use in ELISA, immunoprecipitation, co-immunoprecipitation and western blotting. Expect a band at ~27 kDa in size corresponding - p27 by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Anti-p27 is suitable for the detection by immunoblot of human p27. No reactivity is observed with p27 from mouse. This antibody is suitable for immmunoprecipitation of in vitro translated protein and cell lysates and will co-precipitate associated proteins.
Recommended dilutions: ELISA 1:10000-1:40000, Immunoprecipitation 1:100, Western Blot 1:1000-1:4000
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Buffer 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate with 0.15 M Sodium Chloride pH 7.2, Sodium Azide
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
