Immunogen A synthetic peptide (CRPHRF KEDWGFQK) as part of mouse TROY protein (aa: 75-88) conjugated to the immunogenic protein Blue Carrier Protein
Cross-Reactivity (Details) Reactivity with other species have not yet been tested.
Purification Whole antisera
Alternative Name TNFRSF19 (TNFRSF19 Antibody Abstract)
Background TROY is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily. This receptor is highly expressedduring embryonic development. It has been shown to interact with TRAF familymembers, and to activate the JNK signaling pathway when overexpressed in cells. Thisreceptor is capable of inducing apoptosis by a caspase-independent mechanism, and itis thought to play an essential role in embryonic development. Alternatively splicedtranscript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described. Alternate Names: anti-Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 19 antibody, anti-TNFRSF19antibody, anti-Toxicity and JNK inducer antibody, anti-TRADE antibody.
