Immunogen A synthetic peptide (CRPHRF KEDWGFQK) as part of mouse TROY protein (aa: 75-88)conjugated to the immunogenic protein Blue Carrier Protein.
Specificity Specificity for TROY was confirmed by IHC. Species Reactivity: Reacts with rat. Localization: Accession Number: TROY_MOUSE.
Cross-Reactivity Rat (Rattus)
Alternative Name TNFRSF19
Background TROY is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily. This receptor is highly expressedduring embryonic development. It has been shown to interact with TRAF familymembers, and to activate the JNK signaling pathway when overexpressed in cells. Thisreceptor is capable of inducing apoptosis by a caspase-independent mechanism, and itis thought to play an essential role in embryonic development. Alternatively splicedtranscript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described. Alternate Names: anti-Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 19 antibody, anti-TNFRSF19antibody, anti-Toxicity and JNK inducer antibody, anti-TRADE antibody. Related Diseases: Other Neuronal
Application Notes Suggested working dilutions: immunohistochemistry 1:500 to 1:2000
Restrictions For Research Use only
Buffer Reconstitute in 100 ul of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material. Preservative: No Preservative.
Storage 4 °C
