| Gene ID | 83734 |
| Immunogen | A synthetic peptide corresponding to the C-terminal of human APG10 protein has beenused as the immunogen. |
| Cross-Reactivity | Human |
| Description | A major contributor to cellular homeostasis is the ability of the cell to strike a balancebetween the formation and degradation/removal of its cellular components. This processof internal cellular turn-over is called autophagy (self-eating), and is facilitated by apathway of around 16 interacting proteins in the human. APG10 interacts with LC3A tofacilitate the conjugation of ATG12 to ATG5. APG10 is also able to directly interacteither with ATG5 or ATG7A. A disruption to the autophagic process is now associatedwith the progression of several cancers, neurodegenerative disorders and cardiacpathologies. Alternate Names: anti-Apg 10 antibody, anti-APG 10L antibody, anti-APG10 autophagy 10 like antibody,anti-APG10 like antibody, anti-APG10L antibody, anti-ATG 10 antibody, anti-ATG10antibody, anti-ATG10 autophagy related 10 homolog (S. cerevisiae) antibody,anti-ATG10 autophagy related 10 homolog antibody, anti-Autophagy related protein 10antibody, anti-DKFZP586I0418 antibody, anti-FLJ13954 antibody, anti-pp12616antibody.
