Additional Information
| Alternative name | AP1 complex subunit gamma-1 |
| Gene ID | 164, 171494 |
| Immunogen | A synthetic peptide (IRLRELIRTIRTARTQAEER) corresponding to the amino acids 5-24of human AP-1 complex subunit gamma-1 conjugated to diphtheria toxin has been usedas the immunogen. The peptide is homologous with the corresponding sequencederived from AP-1 complex subunit gamma-1 protein in mouse, rat, dog and zebra fish. |
| Cross-Reactivity | Human, Rat (Rattus) |
| Description | Adaptins are important components of clathrin-coated vesicles transportingligand-receptor complexes from the plasma membrane or from the trans-Golgi networkto lysosomes. The adaptin family of proteins is composed of four classes of moleculesnamed alpha, beta, beta prime and gamma adaptins. Adaptins, together with mediumand small subunits, form a heterotetrameric complex called an adaptor, whose role is topromote the formation of clathrin-coated pits and vesicles. The protein encoded by thisgene is a gamma-adaptin protein and it belongs to the adaptor complexes largesubunits family. Alternate Names: anti-Adapter-related protein complex 1 gamma-1 subunit Gamma-adaptin antibody,anti-Adaptor protein complex AP-1 gamma-1 subunit antibody, anti-Golgi adaptorHA1/AP1 adaptin subunit gamma-1 antibody, anti-Clathrin assembly protein complex 1gamma-1 large chain antibody, anti-GENE NAME: AP1G1 antibody, anti-ADTGantibody, anti-CLAPG1 antibody. Related Diseases: Intracellular Trafficking |
| Specificity | This antibody has been shown to be specific for AP-1 complex subunit gamma-1. Species Reactivity: Reacts with Rat and human. Localization: Accession Number: AP1G1_HUMAN , AP1G1_MOUSE , AP1G1_RAT , AP1G1_DOG ,AP1G1_ZEBRA FISH. |
