Clone N418
Isotype IgG
Specificity The N418 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD11c, the integrin alphaX.
Alternative Name CD11c
Background CD11c non-covalently associates with beta2 integrin to form the CD11c/CD18 heterodimer. CD11c is expressed by dendritic cells, a subset of Intestinal Intraepithelial Lymphocytes (IEL) and some, Mouse
Research Area Stem Cells, Hematopoietic Progenitors, CD Antigens, Surface Receptors of Immune Cells
Application Notes The N418 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocyte suspensions. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.25 µg per million cells in a 100 µL total staining volume. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. The N418 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.

Restrictions For Research Use only
Buffer Phosphate buffer pH 7.2,150 mM NaCl, 0.09 % NaN3
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label if stored as directed.
