Catalase has one of the highest turnover numbers of all enzymes, one catalase enzyme can convert 40 million molecules of hydrogen peroxide to water and oxygen each second.

Application Details

Purification: Catalase antibody was purified by ion exchange chromatography followed by dialysis.

Buffer: Supplied as a liquid in 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, and 0.01% NaN3.

Storage: Store at 4 °C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution aliquot and freeze at -20 °C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
