Description
|
Bone Morphogenic Protein 10 is a member of the transforming growth factor-betasuperfamily. In mouse heart, BMP-10 expression is localized to the trabeculated part of thecommon ventricular chamber and to the bulbus cordis region, the atrial wall and in theadult right atrium. BMP-10 has recently been implicated in postnatal cardiac hypertrophy.

This antibody reacts to amino acids 22 to 35 of BMP10. Species: Human. Others not tested.
