Application Notes: Approved: IHC, IHC-Pfa, Peptide-ELISA (1:128000)

Usage: IHC: Cryo-sectioned (4 % PFA-fixed) Mouse Brain (Hippocampus) shows staining in the granular layer of the dentate gyrus. Recommended concentration, 2-3 μg/mL. Data obtained from anonymous customer. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 65-70 kDa band in Human Heart and Thyroid lysates after 0.05 μg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 30.5 kDa according to NP_NP_000784.2 and of 34.6 kDa according to NP_001007024.1. The 65-70 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
