Application Notes
|
Antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry on frozen or paraffin-embedded tissue, immunocytochemistry, immunoblotting (1:100-1:1000) and flow cytometry (1:100-1:200). Frozen sections require fixation in methanol. Paraffin-embedded sections require pretreatment with 0.1% pronase/0.1% trypsin in PBS or 0.5% pepsin in 0.01N HCl. Positive Control: Cytokeratin 7 is present in a subgroup of glandular epithelia and their tumors, as well as transitional epithelium and transitional carcinoma..
