Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a *goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 4 μg will immunoprecipitate TrkA from 500 μg of PC-12 RIPA lysate.
