The immunising peptide was chosen to reduce cross reactivity of antiserum to b synuclein to a minimum. Immunohistochemistry and western blot analysis of human brain indicates a high level of specificity.

Immunohistochemistry and Western blot (1:1000 to 1:2000). Immunohistochemistry: Optimal at dilutions of 1:1000 to 1:2000 for paraffin embedded sections and dilutions of 1:4000 to 1:12000 for frozen sections.
