Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 170kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 183kDa according to NP_001370.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5µg/ml.
