| Isotype | IgG1, kappa chain |
| Clone | TG1-CXCR3 |
| Description | Human CXCR3 is a chemokine receptor that binds CXCL9, CXCL10 and CXCL11 (1, 2). CXCR3 highly expressed byT lymphocytes (Th1), natural killer cells (NK cells), dendritic cells, mast cells, alveolar macrophages, eosinophils, and human airway epithelial cells (3). CXCR3 ligands require IFN- for their expressionand are localized to sites of inflammation, therefore, CXCR3 is important for effector lymphocyte recruitment intoinflamed tissue such as chronically inflamed human liver (4), Crohn',s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, multiplesclerosis, and inflammatory skin diseases (5, 6). |
Application Details
| Application Notes | Each lot of this CXCR3 antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 ul per million cells or 5 ul per 100 ul of wholeblood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.* Alexa Fluor |
| Purification | The CXCR3 antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, andconjugated with Alexa Fluor 488 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 488. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA). |
| Storage | The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. |
| Restrictions | For Research Use only |
