Description 33D1 antigen is reported to be a dendritic cell marker on subpopulation DC inspleen, thymus, Peyer&rsquo,s patch. It is reported that most N418(CD11c)+ cells in spleen are also 33D1 positive. Bone marrow dendritic cellsupregulate 33D1 antigen expression after incubation with GM-CSF.

Application Details

Application Notes Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.* Alexa Fluor
Purification The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 488 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 488 and unconjugated antibody.
