Additional Information

Alternative name Podoplanin
Isotype IgG
Clone 8-1-1
Description The mucin-type glycoprotein podoplanin is thought to be involved in the development lymphatic vascular system. The name of podoplanin is named after its expression in the kidney glomerular epithelial cells (podocytes). It has apotential role in tumor progression.

Application Details

Application Notes Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.* Alexa Fluor
Purification The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 488 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 488.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Storage The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Restrictions For Research Use only
