Description
|
The mucin-type glycoprotein podoplanin is thought to be involved in the development lymphatic vascular system. The name of podoplanin is named after its expression in the kidney glomerular epithelial cells (podocytes). It has apotential role in tumor progression.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume.
