Additional Information
| Isotype | IgG2a, kappa chain |
| Clone | TG10-CCR9 |
| Description | Human CD199, also called as CCR9, is a member of the G protein coupled receptor family and is involved in T celldevelopment in the thymus and in gut-associated immune response. The interaction of CCR9 with its ligand CCL25(TECK, thymus-expressed chemokine) may direct the trafficking of developing T cells in the thymus and generation ofgut-specific immunological memory. |
Application Details
| Application Notes | Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is 5 ul per million cells or 5 ul per 100 ul ofwhole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimalperformance for each application.* Alexa Fluor |
| Purification | The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647. |
| Buffer | Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA). |
| Storage | The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. |
