Additional Information

Alternative name CD101 (IGSF2)
Immunogen Recombinant CD101
Isotype IgG2a, kappa chain
Clone RM101
Description CD101, also known as IGSF2 or V7, is a membrane of Ig-superfamily with seven IgV extracellular domains and ashort cytoplasmic tail containing several phosphorylation sites. CD101 is highly expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells and activated T cells. Expression is weak on resting T, B and NK cells. Recently, CD101 was reported to be able to discriminate potency among CD25+FoxP3+ T reg cells.

Application Details

Application Notes Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.* Alexa Fluor
Purification The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Storage The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Restrictions For Research Use only
