Description CD34 is a highly glycosylated hematopoietic progenitor antigen. Two isoforms of CD34 have been reported. CD34 isexpressed on hematopoietic progenitors, as well as endothelial cells, brain and testis. CD34 is thought to function asan adhesion molecule for attachment of stem cells to extracellular matrix or stromal cells.

Application Notes Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.* Alexa Fluor
Purification The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Storage The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
