Description
|
CD5 is a 67 kD glycoprotein, also known as Lyt-1, Ly-1 or Ly-12. It is a member of the scavenger receptorsuperfamily and primarily expressed on thymocytes, mature peripheral T lymphocytes, but not on NK cells, intestinalintraepithelial gamma/delta T cells. A CD5+ B cell subset (B-1) has not been characterized in that rat.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume.
