Additional Information

Alternative name CD55 (DAF)
Immunogen Transfected cells
Isotype IgG
Clone RIKO-3
Description CD55, also known as DAF (decay accelerating factor), is expressed on the surfaces of red blood cells, hematopoieticcells and many non-hemotopietic cells. There are two isoforms of mouse CD55, a GPI-anchored isofrom and atransmembrane isoform. Both are recognized by RIKO-3. The function of CD55 is to protect damage by complementdeposition.

Application Details

Application Notes Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.* Alexa Fluor
Purification The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Storage The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Restrictions For Research Use only
