Description
The KH114 antibody reacts with the H-2Kq MHC class I alloantigen expressed on nucleated cells from mice of theH-2Kq haplotype. H-2Kq is involved in antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins. TheKH114 antibody has not been reported to cross-react with other haplotypes.

Application Notes
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: complement-mediated cytotoxicity1.
