The Jagged-2 is one of the several Notch ligands identified. The binding to Notch receptor results in theproteolysis of Notch and movement of intracellular portion of Notch into the nucleus. This translocation triggers aseries of signaling process. Jagged-2 is reported to be essential for the regulation of spermatogenesis.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume.
