Description CD132 is a 64-70 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein of the Ig superfamily, also known as common gamma chain (gammac), orIL-2 receptor gamma subunit. It is expressed broadly on T- and B-lymphocytes, NK cells, monocytes, and granulocytes.CD132 is an essential component of cytokine receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9, IL-15 and IL-21. Ligand bindinginduces tyrosine phosphorylation and initiates signaling through a JAK/STAT pathway. CD132 mutation results inX-linked severe combined immune deficiency (XSCID).

Application Details

Application Notes Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 20 ul per million cells or 20 ul per 100 ul of wholeblood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Purification The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAPC under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated APC andunconjugated antibody.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA).
Storage The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
