Description

The LG.A310 monoclonal antibody reacts with the CD27 antigen also known as S152 or T14. CD27, a member of thetumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily, is a 45 kD protein expressed on peripheral T cells, memory Bcells, NK cells, and thymocyte subset. Application Notes
|
Each lot of this antibody is quality tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.5 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Purification
|
The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugatedwith APC under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated APC.
